The High Purity Self-Generating Nitrogen System Cart (HP-SGNSC) is a state-of-the-art, self-contained, towable unit engineered to produce high-purity gaseous nitrogen on-demand. Developed by Hydraulics International, Inc. (HII), this system is designed to support various applications across aerospace, oil and gas, petrochemical, and food and beverage industries, where a reliable and high-purity nitrogen supply is critical.​

  1. Nitrogen Purity and Production:

    • Purity Level: The HP-SGNSC generates nitrogen gas with a purity of 99.5% or better, meeting stringent industry standards for sensitive applications.

    • Flow Rate: Capable of delivering nitrogen at a flow rate of not less than 30 Standard Cubic Feet per Minute (SCFM), ensuring efficient servicing operations.​

  2. Pressure Specifications:

    • Maximum Pressure: The system delivers nitrogen at pressures up to 5,000 Pounds per Square Inch Gauge (psig), suitable for high-pressure applications such as aircraft system servicing.​

    • Low-Pressure Servicing: Provides controlled pressures of 0-400 PSI for servicing aircraft tires and other components requiring lower pressure levels.

    • High-Pressure Servicing: Offers controlled pressures of 0-5,000 PSI for servicing high-pressure nitrogen systems and components.​

    • Pressure Boosting: Includes integrated pressure boosters to achieve the desired high-pressure nitrogen output, ensuring efficient servicing of high-pressure systems.​
